Our Financial Policy

It is our office policy to request that payment be made at the time of your office visit. The total fee is due upon completion of treatment. Our office manager will be happy to discuss individual financial arrangements with you.

We will assist you in filling out your insurance forms. However, the levels of insurance benefits vary greatly with each company. The fees for procedures that are provided by a Board Certified Endodontist will not always be covered in full.

Our office manager will be happy to discuss our usual and customary Endodontic fees with you. Additional fees may be charged for Endodontic procedures involving calcified canals, severely curved canals, retreatments, post removal, microsurgery, or any other unusual procedures that may become apparent during your Endodontic procedure.

Our office accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards, in addition to cash and checks.
